3. Promotion applies to all payments made through the Cititrans website and app.
4. Promotion is valid for bookings on specific seats.
5. Prices may change at any time if the promotional quota is no longer available.

Cititrans reserves the right to change or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice. By accessing or using the promotion, you agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and purposes set forth by Cititrans for the promotion. You will not misuse, duplicate, cash out, transfer, use for commercial purposes, or unfairly profit from this promotion in any form or manner. Your Cititrans account may be temporarily or permanently suspended without prior approval or notice to you if:

• Cititrans learns or reasonably suspects that actions have taken place that could harm Cititrans, you, or any other party.
• Cititrans learns or reasonably suspects that you have registered or logged into multiple accounts on a single device with the intent to violate these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or applicable laws and regulations.
• Cititrans detects abnormal activity in the use of your account or any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy.
