Terms & Conditions

  • Children above age 4 are required to pay full ticket fare.
  • Any change or delay in departure schedules and destinations will be informed 30 minutes before departing.
  • Passengers with prior seat reservations and are yet to pay for tickets, need to have settled any outstanding payment at least 30 minutes by media ( pools/ call centers) or 15 minutes by online booking before departure schedules. Any payment exceeding the allowed time will be canceled and passengers’ names will be enlisted to the waiting list.
  • Passengers with valid tickets should arrive at pools at least 15 minutes before departure schedules. All shuttles are expected to depart at the exact departure schedules.
  • Passengers who arrive late will be considered to have missed the service and any payment made will not be refunded. Cititrans will only accommodate changes or delays in departure schedules as stated at 3rd point above.
  • Cititrans will refund a full ticket price for any cancellation of service due to technical issues.
  • Should any technical issue arise during service, passengers are entitled to a”free-ride” voucher eligible for the use.
  • Items that might disrupt the comfort of service such as : pets, pungent- smelling fruits, etc are prohibited on Cititrans shuttles.
  • Cititrans is not responsible for any loss of item at pools or during service. Your luggage shall be at your risk at all times.
  • A passenger is allowed to carry the maximum of 2 pieces of hand carry/ backpack bags to be stored under seats and 1 additional luggage ( max 56cm x 36cm x 23cm) to be stored on available shuttle storage space ( first come first serve). Any additional luggage that cannot board the service due to lack of space availability will be allocated on the next route.
